Chan Park

Chan has practised as a criminal defence lawyer since 2019, appearing regularly in the Magistrates', County and Supreme Courts of Victoria. She has a strong conviction that every individual deserves steadfast advocacy in Court to ensure that their legal rights are fairly and justly upheld.

Chan has expertise across all areas of criminal law, including assaults, sexual offending, drug trafficking, dishonesty and driving offences. She is highly regarded as having excellent forensic judgement and regularly deals with complicated indictable proceedings which can only be heard and determined in the County and Supreme Courts of Victoria.
